Because Audiolly primarily provides digital content and services, payments are generally final and non-refundable once the purchased digital content or service has been made available to the user.
However, Audiolly may consider a refund in the following circumstances:
A. Duplicate Transaction
Where the same transaction has been charged more than once due to a payment or technical error.
B. Payment Deducted but Service Not Activated
Where payment has been successfully deducted but the purchased subscription, Coins/Credits or paid content was not delivered or activated due to a technical failure attributable to Audiolly or its authorised payment provider.
C. Incorrect or Erroneous Charge
Where Audiolly determines that an amount was charged incorrectly due to a system or billing error.
D. Unauthorised Transaction
Where a transaction is reasonably established to have occurred without the account holder's authorisation, subject to verification and applicable law.
E. Legal Requirement
Where a refund is required under applicable law or a competent authority's direction.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
