You can request that your Audiolly account and associated personal data be deleted at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.

Audiolly is operated by RED EMBER MEDIA HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED.

To delete your account and related data, email us from the phone number or email linked to your Audiolly account:

• Email: contact@audiolly.com
• Subject line: Account deletion request
• Include: your registered mobile number (with country code) and the name on your profile

You may also use our Contact page (audiolly.com/contact) and clearly write that you are requesting account deletion.

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we process the request.

When your deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including where applicable:

• Account profile details (name, phone, email, profile photo, billing address)
• Device and session records tied to your account
• Listening history and personalization data linked to your account
• In-app preferences stored against your account

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution. For example:

• Payment, invoice, and subscription records needed for tax or legal compliance
• Records needed to investigate abuse, chargebacks, or security incidents
• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you

Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete deletion (or confirm legal retention) within 30 days of verifying your request, unless a longer period is required by law.

After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you want to use Audiolly again.
